Attention university professors and students: ASNT is offering travel reimbursements up to $1000 each to a maximum of ten students to attend the 21st Annual Research Symposium and Spring Conference 19–23 March 2012 in Dallas, Texas. Students are encouraged to apply for this unique opportunity to participate in an NDE/NDI/NDT focused symposium.

The Symposium is a forum where students can:

  • Attend sessions on emerging NDE technologies, trends and increase their knowledge base;
  • Develop professional skills;
  • Learn how the academic and research communities come together with industry.

To qualify, graduate or undergraduate students must be enrolled at a four year university. Interested fulltime students are required to submit:

  1. the completed application;

Reimbursement will be for eligible expenses as defined in ASNT policy to include transportation, lodging (Monday 19 March thru Thursday 22 March) and meals. A maximum of 10 students will be awarded travel reimbursement. Reimbursements will be awarded on a first come first serve basis with a maximum of 10 to be granted.
